The Nature of Our 4-Sessions Vitality Bootcamp Exercise Series:
- Beginner-friendly – ideal for people who have never tried yoga before or who wish to begin an exercise program
- Open for all ages and fitness levels – 18 to 65 are welcome
- Enjoyable for intermediate and/or advanced yoga and fitness practitioners
- Low-impact and high-intensity – movements are intentional and slow, to protect the joints and prevent injury (pulled muscle, pinched nerves)
- Instructor-Guided
- Developmental – students can feel progress within Our 4-Sessions Vitality Bootcamp Exercise Series
An Important Notice: Students who join Our 4-Sessions Vitality Bootcamp Exercise Series attest that they are physically fit and able to engage in the sessions safely. Please note that this series is designed as a complementary wellness practice for awareness-building and lifestyle support alongside your already existing and current regimen and is not intended to replace nor undermine any existing and/or required a medical prescription from your physician.
