Our Workshop Series Focuses on:
- How our vital systems are designed, as humans
- Our circadian rhythm, and the active states of our vital organ systems (within a 24-hour cycle)
- How you can work with your circadian rhythm and the active states of your vital organ systems, so you can experience (and enjoy) energy and vitality throughout your day
- How you can avoid stress, and avert anxiety and/or depression (which can lead to rapid aging, ailments, dis-ease, and/or mortality), by working with your circadian rhythm and the active states of your vital organ systems
- Practical tips and principles honoring your circadian rhythm (and your human energy body clock) to realize your health and happiness ideals now and long term
- How you can delay aging, and avert ailments and/or dis-ease, by working with the active states of your vital systems and your circadian rhythm
- How to lead a life of greater health, wholeness, and happiness through working with and honoring your natural human design, your circadian rhythm, and the active states of your vital organ systems
- How Life has designed us to lead lives of greater health, wholeness, and happiness, through an honoring of and respect for our natural design and circadian rhythm, as humans
