his January 2025, we greet the new year with, “RELEASE & RENEW: YOUR 10-DAY, HOLISTIC, MIND & BODY DETOX THERAPY & JOURNEY TO PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT,” a wellness intensive happening in El Nido, Palawan, Philippines (the best island in the world, according to Conde Nast Traveler), led by our Naturopath and Fasting Guide, Alfredino Giuseppe Romano and Embodiment and Human Potential Guide, Ana Maria – assisting participants in their deep dive into emotional, psychic and physical detox while exploring their human potential for holistic renewal and personal empowerment.
The retreat will take place in the private island sanctuaries of El Nido, Palawan, assisted by the most attentive and personalized service of its travel and tourism staff, ensuring that participants are able to take space, feel safe to explore, learn and heal in the nourishing arms of mother nature, away from the maddening crowd.

Our Energy Exchange for, “RELEASE & RENEW: YOUR 10-DAY, HOLISTIC, MIND & BODY DETOX THERAPY & JOURNEY TO PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT,” is € 2,260.00 (two thousand, two hundred sixty euros) per-person inclusive of:
- Ten (10) Days and Nine (9) Nights room accommodation in our Exclusive and Private Resort
- Exclusive and Private Use of Outdoor Venue “Beach Front”
- Daily Breakfast served with Fresh Juices
- A Family Style Lunch and Dinner, offers Vegetarian with Fresh Fruits
- Use of Swimming Pool
- 2-Days Island Tour Activities (Island Hopping, Snorkeling and Kayaking and Forest Trek, bathing)

RIDE TO EL NIDO, PALAWAN – LONGER TRIP
Round-trip airfare from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Metro Manila, City Capital, Philippines to Puerto Princesa City, Palawan Capital, Philippines, then five hours van (land) ride to El Nido, Palawan, Philippines – for longer trips passing through Palawan main capital, Puerto Princesa, first, en route to El Nido, Palawan **may be arranged for the logistical convenience of retreat participants with our travel and tours partner, El Nido Travel & Tours
- Any incidental expenses incurred by participants before, during and after their, “RELEASE & RENEW: YOUR 10-DAY, HOLISTIC, MIND & BODY DETOX THERAPY & JOURNEY TO PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT,” not included in or related to the 10-days retreat itinerary and requirements, i.e., shopping expenses, food not included in resort arrangements, extra, personal, transport requests not included in the retreat itinerary, etc.

The energy exchange is non-refundable, through transferrable.

Standard Check-In time is 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the date of arrival. Check-Out time is 12:00 NN on the date of departure.

Request for early check-in and late check-out should be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
